1. Premature ejaculation
Premature ejaculation is a sexual problem that occurs when a man ejaculates too quickly after penetration and before he is ready. This often leads to distress for patients and their partners.

2. Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)
Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) is the enlargement of the prostate gland commonly in older man. Benign prostatic hyperplasia affects about 50 percent of men between the ages of 51 and 60 and up to 90 percent of men older than 80.
Enlarged prostate gland can cause uncomfortable urinary symptoms, such as blocking the flow of urine out of the bladder, as well as causing bladder, urinary tract or kidney issues. Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia is non cancerous, however, symptoms of BPH can be similar to the symptoms of prostate cancer.

3. Blood in Sperm (Haematospermia)
Discovering blood in the sperm (Haematospermia) is an unusual symptom. It can either be a tinge or a copious amount of blood. It occurs most commonly in men who have undergone a prostate procedure.
There are many potential causes for hematospermia, and while a large proportion of cases may end up being benign and self-limiting, we must always rule out more serious causes such as infections, cancers, obstruction, trauma, and systemic disease.

5. Erectile Dysfunction
Erectile Dysfunction is a problem that affects men, increasingly more so as they age.
Studies indicate that up to 20% of sexually active men suffer from some degree of erectile dysfunction. The prevalence of ED increases with age, with up to 86% of men aged 80 years or above unable to achieve a satisfactory erection.

6. Penile Infection
Experiencing sore, itchiness, redness, swelling, discharge and a smelly odour around the penis can be a sign of a Penile Infection. The causes of penile infection can be sexually transmitted or non-sexually transmitted.
Some of sexually transmitted diseases (STD) such as Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Trichomoniasis, Chancroid, Herpes and Syphilis can cause itch, sore, and discharge from the penis.
Get yourself properly disnosied to find out the cause. Most penile infections are easliy treated with antifungal and or antibiotic therapy. Depending on the type of infection, medication may either be topical creams or oral tablets, ranging from a single dose to a few weeks in complicated cases.
Prostatitis refers to the inflammation of the prostate gland. Prostatitis is a common but underreported condition. Some studies indicate that between 10-25% of all men may experience prostatitis in their lifetime. The causes of inflammation of the prostate can be classified as STD or Non-STD related
Symptoms of prostatitis may include experiencing discomfort, pain, or burning during urination, having difficulty starting or stopping urination, blood in urine, pelvic pain and pain while having sexual intercourse.
Prostatitis can often be confused or misdiagnosed as other pelvic conditions, and many patients can be left frustrated and anxious by a lack of clarity with their condition and treatment plans. 8. Foreskin Infection
Balanitis is the infection of the foreskin and head of the penis. It is caused by bacteria or fungus, or a combination of both. Experiencing pain, redness and inflammation around the foreskin can be a sign of Balanitis.
Other factors which may have contributed to the foreskin infection include sexual health concerns or hygiene concerns. Adults with tight foreskin (phimosis) may be more prone to getting balanitis as bacteria, germs and urine may get trapped in the foreskin, where hygiene is harder to observe. One of the treatment option for phimosis is circumcision. (Adult Male Circumsion is only available in selected clinics in Singapore)

Andropause is male menopause. Andropause occurs when male hormone levels in men decrease as they get older.
